FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured?

Yes. I carry full pet care liability insurance and am bonded. I'm happy to share proof of insurance before you book.

What if my dog is reactive or anxious?

I specialize in solo walks precisely because dogs do better without the chaos of group walks. If your dog is reactive, anxious, or just does better with calm, consistent one-on-one attention, I'm a great fit.

Will you always be the one walking my dog?

Yes. Always. I don't subcontract or send substitutes. You book with me, you get me.

Do you use a key or a lockbox?

Whichever you're comfortable with. I work with both. I'll never ask you to leave a key somewhere that feels unsafe to you.

What areas do you serve?

Hamburg, Orchard Park, West Seneca, East Aurora, Blasdell, Lake View, Angola, Lackawanna, Eden, and North Boston. If you're on the edge of my area, reach out — I may be able to accommodate you.

What happens in an emergency?

You're my first call, always. If I can't reach you and your dog needs a vet, I will take them and contact you on the way. I keep your vet's info and an emergency contact on file for every client.

How do I pay?

I accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and check. Payment is due after each visit unless you're on a weekly package.

What's your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Holidays require 48-hour notice. I understand life happens — I'm reasonable.

How do I get started?

Fill out the contact form on my website and I'll reach out within a few hours. We'll set up a free meet-and-greet so your dog and I can get acquainted before the first walk.
